As many of us know, Pickleball is sweeping our nation becoming the fastest growing sport in the country. Its popularity has expanded worldwide, even in Ukraine. Soon after the war began, I discovered they had a presence on Facebook and reached out to their administrators to see how we, as an American pickleball community, might help support them. Below (blue links) are some of the ways we are encouraged to support our brothers & sisters in pickleball. I will post more updates from them here as they are able to provide them. Their last message to me was this:
"Thank you, Rod, now is a hard time, we are all on a different places.
We are hoping to play pickleball again soon."

"Our american friends! You can help us save lives and make a difference. Please take a look, it only takes you a minute! This is a one-click initiative to request your officials to release Soviet-made fighter jets to Ukraine. Ukraine urges US to stop blocking the delivery of jets from the countries that are willing to supply. Currently people of Ukraine are hearing sirens informing
of bombings thoughout the day, every day, every night, for a month now.
And most importntly people are killed and hurt, the devastation of cities
is tremendous. This situation can be helped by a simple decision to
let the delivery of jets into Ukraine."
I saw this picture on their facebook page and it made me smile.
